I probably shouldn't disclose any of the information of the conversation, I should probably just let it go but you know how sometimes you can't let it go til you let it out?
I want to tell the person that I was HOT with that I'm just frustrated. I want to believe that I understand that it isn't this persons fault and that they owe me nothing yet somehow I don't believe it. I can't understand why they though it would be OK to mislead me so much or how they might have not thought I would get emotionally charged about it. Like it wouldn't matter?
I feel like I am owed no matter what anyone tells me! I feel that this person owes me...more than this.
I want to say sorry, but I also still want it all to go my way after I say it.
I don't want to be a spoilt brat. I just want it to go my way RIGHT NOW!
Please do not comment to me that I will get my due when my time comes or that I deserve it and it will come because I am SICK AND TIRED of hearing IT.
I WANT IT NOW! and this makes me believe I NEED it too.
Thanks for listening.....
I write what I want, so look out! If you don't like what you are reading there should be a red X in the top right of your screen just click on it.

Update: The pukies
Everyone has had them except for me. Everyone is all better (and even going to work today). I know that I gave it to some friends, well they took it from us and now, on his birthday Gabriel's best buddy is sick and the Birthday party had to be postponed. I know that they could have gotten it anywhere, but I also KNOW that they got it from us. I feel guilty for sharing germs. I guess this is just something I will just have to let go of.

Big boy hair cut
In other news, I have been lazy and I know it. However now that the stomach flu thing is gone there are no more excuses. Plus he really is 18 months and at this point Gabriel was 80% trained and doing it on his own. He is ready, he tells me 'poo' he tells me 'wet'. If I don't do it now I will regret it in a serious way. What does this really mean? I am not going to buy a case of diapers at Costco this weekend. I am going to get serious with panties!

Pharmacy Story
We ventured out of the house this morning because I need the little boys in my life to STOP puking. Gabriel how has the pukes, since about 4:15am, a good a time as any to start, right? This isn't the story I want to tell but I need you to know that we were all up and changing sheets etc. at that time. *On a whole other tangent why do the strangest dreams come after you've been awake in the middle of the night? 4:30am to 6am I had some CRAZY stuff going on in my head. Anyway... try and stay on topic.
We went to the pharmacy for some homeopathic remedies for vomiting and more pedialite to keep him balanced. I got the nuxvomica and apple flavoured pedialite. We left the store. I am holding Gabriel's hand because he isn't well and I am also holding his bucket (in case he needs to puke). Michael is trailing behind (about 5ft.), I am calling him to no avail when I use my 'mommy tone' to get him to at least look in my direction and a man is getting out of his car. He is an older man, with a wheelchair thing in the window, seem to be holding scratch and win tickets or 649 or something. He asks me 'Did you get them any candy?' I say 'No tummies aren't feeling well, we just got medicine today'. At this point he is now standing looking at Michael and waving and talking to him too and then he (the man) gives Michael a coin and says 'for candy next time' he then gives him another one and says 'for your brother when he feels better.' Like I said I am 4 or 5 feet away and I think the coins are quarters, I say 'thank-you' and get Michael to come to me as the man goes into the pharmacy.
The coins were Toonies! (for those of you not in Canada that's $2) Wow some people are generous!
Michael can now say 'toonie'.

Making a connection
Maybe Michael got the tummy flu from Sarah? We didn't see her but we were somewhere she had been the day before...and she was sick somewhere in that time too.... Hmmm Not that it matters to me but maybe Judy you should wash the toys that the kids were playing with at your house, just to be safe.

Encounter with a 'Doctor'
*Note the term Doctor is used very loosely here so one might also use the word QUACK in this text, and it would be equally applicable.
There really are 2 parts to this story that should be separate entries but I really need to let this part out first.
Michael is (was) sick. He had been unable to keep ANYTHING down for 24hrs. This is where I draw a line about this and call for help. The help call is the other part of this that I hope to go into later.
I took Michael to the Quack office where we were taken in promptly to wait for the Quack. Michael is listless, lethargic, VERY sleepy, and not got wet diapers and hasn't had anything stay in his wee little tummy since Saturday night.
I tell the Quack "He is sick, vomiting for 24hrs., unable to keep water down, very sleepy, slept 12.5hrs last night (which he has never done before). How should I go about getting him hydrated and keeping him that way?"
All the basic age and stuff questions were asked they just aren't relevant to the story.
Quack- Well have you introduced any new foods lately?
Me- No
Quack- Keep him eating small simple meals of bland foods, no dairy, this means no milk yogurt or cheese, not too much fruit juice because although it doesn't cause this condition it can aggravate it, don't introduce any new foods. Are you still breast feeding?
Me- He is unable to keep ANYTHING down. We are finished breastfeeding. I would like to get him hydrated.
Quack- Well this is likely viral and there is no antibiotics that I can prescribe for you. It's probably the same thing that is causing his chest to be slightly congested and nose runny. You can give him Tylenol for pain and a decongestant like dimetap or triaminic to make him more comfortable.
Me-I know it's viral. I would like to get him hydrated so that he feels better. What should I do?
Quack- repeats phrase about antibiotics and intro to new foods
Me- Thank-you have a nice day
So was I not asking the right question? Because he NEVER once addressed my main area of concern. I said thank you good bye because I knew he wasn't able to help us.
Mom said it's like he was on the wrong channel and couldn't hear me.
I came home feeling like why did I bother? Was this my big trip out of the house for the day? I got out of my PJ's for this?
I think if my family or myself require medical attention it will wait until we can see our DOCTOR or we will go to emerg. because at least in there they can hear you. I certainly didn't want Michael to have IV fluids but I wanted my concern to be addressed.
QUACKS argh.

so many things
Since there are so many things I think I will keep this to a point form blog, if I can remember to.
- Michael has the pukes. This is not fun. He cries for water and we can't give it to him because he just pukes it.
- Laundry, I decided to move Laundry day and this made for a few days in dirty pants for me (which doesn't matter since I don't leave the house) and at least an extra load in pukie bed linens of Michael's (yep he puked in his sleep)
- Had a most excellent weekend for a few reasons primarily because Chris was home. What a special treat (that I probably won't get for another month). Justin and Amanda were here and we went out for dinner (had a sitter) with them and another couple friend. Then we went bowling.
- Bowling is funny It has been nearly 3 years since I've bowled and I remember why. I would like to take Gabriel one day soon though. (I didn't break 100 in either game we played)
- Book business might be about to really pick up for me, it looks like I might be having some people under me! (There is an amazing special RIGHT NOW!)
- I think I know the cars movie off by heart. I might buy the sound track. (lame)
- I want to download a movie that I have been watching daily but it's more than 5 minutes and I don't think everyone else will love it the way I do (the best part is at the 40second mark)
- Maybe I should post some pics of something other than crazy dinner.....

Krispy Kreme
So, this is the field trip we went on with preschool this month. In hind-sight we are wondering why at the time it seemed like such a good idea to take roughly 20 3&4 year olds here. Can you imagine, once they got their free doughnuts? Do you know they gave on to Michael. Like he needs that in his body! It was yummy though. And educational too, I just don't think the kids heard anything the man told us. They each got the 'map' which held their focus for...a few extra seconds.
Well, it was good anyhow.

All that work
So I moved my links list for you but man was that a way bigger pain than it should have been and to top it all off it's inside out of what it was. Whatever. I am not caring about that right now.
Tagged for 6 Weird things
I'd first like to say, it's nice to be tagged I feel like I'm included in something. You know part of the cool kids or something sophomoric. How weird should they be?!? Is it like Post Secret Style? oh I hope I say the right thing so they still like me.
- I can only put an even number of crackers in my soup. It doesn't matter which soup or what kind of crackers but it has to be an even number, I don't know why it just does. (I was going to mail this one in by the way but it's been eating me alive ever since I said it out loud to myself so here it is instead)
- I read and memorize license plates. Sometimes I make up a word or sentence with it but not always. I can tell you if I've seen a certain car in traffic or a parking lot before. ie: BLD 365- Bold 365 Days a year. bonus points if you know who this is;)
- Grapes give me gas. It doesn't matter, red, green, organic, less than organic, Chilean or Californian, they ALL give me gas.
- I had a dream last night where someone I have never met in person and 'know' only from blogger was my roommate. They came home in a bad mood b/c things were messy when I was cleaning up in a hurry while they were in the bathroom I threw out their drink (some kind of fancy coffee) and knew I screwed up, they came out of the bathroom and I got woken up. The End. Side note, the part I find most unusual is that I have never met this person in person.
- Coke and NOT Pepsi, (here's the weird part) If I have to go diet (not my choice aspartame is icky) it's diet Pepsi not diet coke.
- A smile crosses my face every time the blogger spell check tells me 'no misspellings found'.

Yikes! I tried not to sound like I have OCD but, I think I might. oh well.

In case you hadn't noticed
I am messing around with the colours...and links. What do you think? They aren't exactly me, like the purples were but... I don't know we'll see.
P.S. I am pissed my TV says criminal minds is on but it's not there! And it's a new one a 2 part one even. Agrh Shaw cable and CTV!

Snuggling
My boy...
My boy (youngest), crawled today. To get to the 'office' where I am blogging. That's right he made it under the end table and into the 'office'. He has been walking for months.
He can sign: Daddy, More, Please, Stop, Book, Duck, Cat, Help, Baby, Tree, Thank-you, Food (eat), Water,... I think there might be more I just can't remember them right now. This is about the point where Gabriel started to speak (clearly enough for others to get it) and stopped signing. I am looking forward to more signs or words...both are very good.
Not a sign but still cute are the head nod and shake for yeas and no. If I had the patience to learn a new way to load videos, I would catch it all and share it. When I feel like it I guess I will.
